There is a high demand for quotes and work from us at Whitfield Company. Unfortunately there is not always available time to do so by calls or emails with the daily work load at the shop. We are forced to remind our customers that we are a two man family based company, please bear with us as every customer is important to us. We work to get to you all as fast as we can.
The consultation meeting is a 15 minute phone conversation between a Whitfield Company employee and customer to discuss customers specific needs and requirements regarding the customers build. customer will provide phone number to be reached and 15 minute time limit begins when call is connected. This is a flat rate for a maximum 15 minute conversation, no exceptions.
In the shopping cart there is a note to seller section. In that section, please provide your top three best days and times that work for you. A Whitfield Employee will choose from the days and let you know. In-house is available as well to see current projects etc. but must be scheduled during business hours 8am-2pm Monday - Friday
